Merch by Replicat (‘MerchRep’) is the custom branded merchandise division of 100% Australian owned company Replicat Pty Ltd ACN 110523950.

Replicat was established in 2004, as an independent wholesaler of CD & DVD replication and music album print packaging production services. Since then, we’ve expanded our range to cover USB production, book printing & binding, custom direct mail and ticket packaging, powerbanks, custom shaped lapel pins, and download cards (via our dotcode.me website). In the past two years vinyl pressing and even audio cassettes have also made a remarkable comeback and now form an integral part of our media production service.

Replicat has been proud to supply significant media and print contracts to AFL Membership, AFL clubs, RMIT, University of Melbourne, LJ Hooker, ERMHA, and over 20,000 other self-published artists, record labels, businesses, government departments, schools, charities, event planners and project managers.

In 2020 we introduced a comprehensive range of custom branded merchandise to our Replicat website, drawing on our extensive experience in design, print, corporate branding, and complex print project management. We now offer new decoration options in embroidery, screenprint, DTG, engraving, pad printing and transfer printing, across an almost limitless range of garments, headwear and giftware merch.

in 2022, we proudly launched MerchRep as a dedicated new brand and website - creating what we hope is the easiest and friendliest custom branded merch site anywhere - with carefully designed collections, sample purchase and a brilliant new garment / headwear colour picker filter.
