Invoicing & Payments

Payment is required in full for the order before we commence layout and production. We will provide an initial quote, then upon receipt of your order confirmation we'll provide an invoice for payment.

Cancellation Fees

In the event the order is cancelled after payment has been received but before proof approval, a 10% cancellation fee applies (except on out of stock items - see below).

If the order is cancelled after proof approval, we will assess the production costs incurred to that point and advise the cancellation fee. Once products have been branded and/or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Out of stock items - substitutions, backorders, refunds

We will not substitute or backorder any out of stock items without your written approval. Every attempt is made to check and reserve stock before sending an invoice for payment ahead of production. We'd rather handle any out of stocks when it's easiest for everyone i.e. before payment.

In the event you've paid for an out of stock item, you'll be offered the choice of substitution, backorder or refund on the unavailable item/s - whichever is most convenient for you. No additional shipping costs will be incurred on a backorder. 

Product faults

If a product or decoration is deemed to be incorrectly supplied or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of goods receipt. Replicat has been around since 2004 and on the rare occasions something goes wrong, we have a great track record of looking after our valued customers and fixing any issues fast.

Please note that it is not possible to exchange or return goods that are not faulty but rather deemed unsuitable. We provide a sampling service via the website for clients specifically to check the size and suitability of a product before ordering production.

Replicat warrants and guarantees that any product and/or decoration service sold via this website is manufactured to a standard set by the Australian Promotional Products Association, of which Replicat is a Distributor Member.


Product & Public Liability Insurance

As part of our APPA Distributor Member obligations, Replicat maintains public & product liability insurance cover of $20 million, a certificate of which can be provided on request.

We also have strict requirements for the client owning copyright on any custom branding.
